Titanium Materials Q&A

We ship all orders by UPS ground service, unless otherwise specified. We ship orders out daily, Monday to Friday (except for holidays). We can quote UPS Next Day air, 2nd Day air, or 3 Day delivery upon request. We follow the UPS restrictions and guidelines. (Certain delivery services may not be available to certain areas of the world). We can also quote and ship via Freight truck upon request.
For our standard packaging, we use cardboard, shrink wrap, clear tape and fibre tape where necessary. Our UPS daily pick-up is at 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed early in the day, usually get shipped that day. If your package doesn’t go out the day it was ordered and paid for, then we will do everything possible to get it shipped out the next business day.
When we create your UPS label, we input your email address so that you will receive an email notification from UPS QUANTUM VIEW with your tracking numbers. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we will need to be notified immediately. A claim will be submitted to UPS and we will replace the item(s) if possible. If we cannot replace the item(s), we will send an alternate item of equal value, of your choice of course or a refund for those item(s). Sorry, we do not offer refunds for late deliveries. If your item(s) arrive damaged we may request the damaged item be returned to us.
We ship all of our orders using UPS. Our return policy: We will accept material back for store credit only and the return shipping must be paid by the customer. The material credit will only be given if the material is returned in the same condition as when it was shipped. If you drill it, bend it, weld it, cut it or modify it in any way, we will NOT accept it back. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of your credit.
