Shipping, warranty & store policies

Transparent policies for customers shopping Titanium Joe pure titanium jewelry at titaniumjoe.ca. These rules apply to titanium rings, bracelets, necklaces, and the Thin Line Collection.

Shipping (Canada & USA)

Jewelry order prices include free shipping to destinations in Canada and the United States. We typically ship with UPS. For destinations outside Canada and the USA, contact us for a shipping quote before ordering.

• Shipments leave Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
• Tracking is provided by email when available
• Expedited air options may be quoted on request

Currency & taxes

All jewelry prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Listed product prices include applicable taxes. A small card processing fee may apply when paying by credit or debit card at checkout.

Materials - pure titanium

Titanium Joe jewelry is made from commercially pure titanium, chosen for strength, light weight, and biocompatibility. Our jewelry is described as 100% hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive skin.

Warranty & resizing

Bracelets and necklaces include a Lifetime warranty against breakage and a lifetime resizing policy. Rings may be exchanged for size issues according to our return process - contact us if your ring size is wrong.

Returns

Jewelry orders generally include a pre-paid return UPS label for size exchanges or if you are otherwise disappointed with an unused item. Re-package in the original box when possible and include a short note. Used items are not eligible for credit. Call us if you need help with a return.

Magnetic jewelry warning

Some bracelets and necklaces include germanium magnets. Do not wear magnetic jewelry if you have a pacemaker or other implanted medical device sensitive to magnets. Product pages mark magnetic styles when applicable.
